I'm a Member of Technical Staff at Cohere where I try to build smarter LLMs agents.
Before that I completed my PhD (2025) in NLP at the University of Edinburgh through the UKRI CDT programme, supervised by Alex Lascarides and Frank Keller.
My research explores the intersection of Multimodal Learning, Interactive Learning, and Representation Learning. I focus on combining neuro-symbolic methods in agents to generate coherent plans and generalize to new capabilities. I'm also interested in code generation and applying NLP to software engineering and automation.
